DPS offers a line of molded parts for power transformers — including covers, rings, flanged tubes, high-voltage outputs, and other critical components — manufactured according to the specifications of each project. Produced with high technical rigor, the parts meet the requirements for dielectric performance and mechanical resistance, guaranteeing reliability in industrial and high-voltage applications.

DPS molded parts are produced exclusively with pure cellulose fibers, without the addition of binding agents. The optimized combination of electrical and mechanical resistance results from the use of coniferous cellulose pulp from subarctic forests, treated by the sulfate process. We employ dielectric pulp from selected suppliers, recognized for their stable quality and low electrolytic impurity content, ensuring superior dielectric properties in the final products.
